Tuna/ Salmon Dip

Tuna - Salmon dip

This is such an easy lunch!  I pretty much have these ingredients on hand so I can make this up for a great weekday lunch.  Just add in vegetables and it is so quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • 180 gm can tuna/ 210 g canned red salmon with bones (or pink salmon if you like!)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese – full fat (start with one tablespoon and see how you go)
  • Extra flavourings – via Herbs, garlic, 1 shallot finely sliced

Method

  • Drain tuna/ salmon and mash well.
  • Add cheese and herbs, mash well!
  • Eat with carrot sticks.

Yep it is that easy!  I would make this for 2 servings.
