This is such an easy lunch! I pretty much have these ingredients on hand so I can make this up for a great weekday lunch. Just add in vegetables and it is so quick and easy!
Ingredients
- 180 gm can tuna/ 210 g canned red salmon with bones (or pink salmon if you like!)
- 1-2 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese – full fat (start with one tablespoon and see how you go)
- Extra flavourings – via Herbs, garlic, 1 shallot finely sliced
Method
- Drain tuna/ salmon and mash well.
- Add cheese and herbs, mash well!
- Eat with carrot sticks.
Yep it is that easy! I would make this for 2 servings.
