These corn fritters are so easy to make. They make an easy dinner and are great in lunches the next day. I love making these when we go camping.

Ingredients
- CORN KERNELS 425g can
- ONION, 1 diced
- EGGS, 2 lightly beaten
- WHOLEMEAL FLOUR, 1 cup
- MILK ¾ cup
- OIL, 3 teaspoons
- salt, pepper and herbs
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Add oil to a large frying pan and heat over medium heat until hot.
- Spoon mixture into pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until golden.
