This recipe is so easy! It is definately one I do on a regular basis. It is a great to have for lunch, or freeze and take out slices as you need them.
Zucchini Slice

Ingredients
- ZUCCHINI 2, grated
- ONION 1, diced
- BACON 3 rashers, diced (nitrate free)
- GRATED CHEESE, 1 cup
- FLOUR, 1 cup (e.g Gluten Free/ Grain Free/ Besan/ Chickpea flour)
- OIL 2 tablespoons
- EGGS 5
- salt, pepper, herbs
Instructions
- Grease baking dish
- Put items into bowl
- Mix ingredients together
- Pour into baking dish
- Cook for 30-40 min at 180C!
