Many of us fall into the habit of eating when we’re bored, eating out of convenience or eating because we’ve had a bad day.
Eating when we aren’t hungry means we miss our body’s natural cues. If you eat out of boredom and find yourself grazing, take a moment to stop and ask why?
Many times you probably aren’t as hungry as you think, so try to get involved in a different activity instead of snacking.
When are the times you snack the most, and why? What were you doing just before you decided to start grazing?
